[ TLV | Video ] 009 - Hi my name is Sneezy.
[Sittin' in her bed back in her cabin, drinking some juice through a pink double-heart-shaped crazy-straw. Her hair is a little messy (though she does have a pink streak in it) and she looks pale, but otherwise there's no leftover visible trace of her illness from the last few days. (Don't ask her how she got flu-type sickness in space. From port, maybe? She hasn't thought too hard on the how yet.) There is, however, an audible trace - her voice sounds lower than usual, and still sort of congested.]
Uhm. Sorry I've been AWOL from the Network for a while, you guys. I was kind of down for the count. To be honest, it was kinda good timing? But also bad timing. Eh, never mind. It was neutral timing. But weird. Guess I called it on the space-sickness though, huh? [A grin here, though she knows that wasn't the type of sickness she was referring to when she first arrived on the Barge.]
How much did I miss, anyway? Fill me in, pretty please? My eyes are still too tired to go back-tracking.
[Private to Merlin]
Thank you.
[Private to Dracula]
I seem to recall you leaving me a message, but for the life of me I can't even remember what was going on. You doing okay?
[Private to Dean]
Thanks for hauling my ass to the medical ward during the worst of it, despite my protesting. I did manage to get back before Willow got soul-ified, so all's good here. Or mostly good, anyway.

I will totally tell you that story one of these days, Duo. Promise. But it requires more explanation than I am fit to give right this instant. Suffice to say, it has to do with my job. There are hazards. I was saved before I went kaboom though, obviously.
Not sure I really have any advice? I think it really all depends on what inmate you get, anyway. They're all people - though not technically all human people, but still. I guess... Maybe my advice is don't be afraid to ask for help. Because sometimes you need help from the other wardens, and sometimes even other inmates.

And the story? Sounds like a thrilling adventure. You give one of yours I'll give one of mine.
Reads like good advice to me, Claudia. I was actually just sayin' that earlier. Treat them with humanity. It's not like they're all monsters even if they've done monsterous things. If y'do treat them that way it defeats the purpose. But y'know? I wouldn't have thought about asking other inmates for help.

Heh, deal.
Yeah, and putting them all in one category is kind of stupid, if you ask me. All the inmates, I mean. Pretty sure they all have different offenses, some are more dangerous than others. We kinda had an influx of the more dangerous ones recently, though. Still, you have to remember the only real difference between the wardens and the inmates is the Admiral's judgement.
Dracula's been a lot of help to me recently. But then again I think he's getting pretty close to graduation. I think once an inmate gets to a certain point though, the opportunity to help might even be good for them.

Dangerous, violent, bloody histories, right? What about the less violent more mild ones? Hm? So what? I heard an inmate became a warden, can the reverse happen if the Admiral's judgement is law?
What do you have to do to fall down that slippery slope?
Even I know who Dracula is. The fact that he's here that he's actually getting to where he needs to be? That's kind of amazing. Kinda part of why I'm down for this.

I heard that it's happened before? That a warden's gotten demoted to an inmate. Don't know all the 411 on it, though. I'm sure there's still some people around that know about it, some have been here pretty long. Claire's been here for three years.
Yeah, I'd say he'd make a pretty good poster boy for this entire system. He's really helped me a lot.

Hm. Doesn't make a difference knowing or not. You'd have to do something serious to get that kinda boot, wouldn't cha say? Murdering someone?
Sure as hell sounds like it. I wanna just give these people the benefit of the doubt. We'll just have to see how this goes, y'know?
